- Préchauffez le four à 180°C Th-6 Fouettez les œufs avec la poudre d'amande, le sucre glace, et la pincée de sel. Ajoutez la farine tamisée, fouettez et réservez. Montez les blancs en neige et les serrer avec le sucre. Incorporez les blancs au mélange œufs poudre d'amande. Avec le beurre fondu. Sortir la plaque à pâtisserie du réfrigérateur et recouvrir les pois de cette pâte. Enfournez pour 10 -12 minutes. En fonction de votre four !
- Démoulez sur du papier sulfurisé et laisser refroidir. Finition : Fouettez la crème fraîche jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien mousseuse, pas trop ferme, incorporez-la à la crème au citron. Étalez régulièrement la mousse sur le biscuit Joconde, saupoudrez de framboises. Roulez le biscuit. Réservez au réfrigérateur. J'ai apporté quelques modifications pour les quantités.
