  3. Leave onion in oil and make fine paste of masala.add mutton in oil, fry till colour changes.add masala paste in mutton.mix well.
    Add 1 cup water and leave to cook till meat is half done
  4. Add arvi in pot with 1 cup water and let it cook till both mutton and arvi are done.adjust shorba consistency according to taste. Add green chillies, garam masala and close flame
