- In a pan heat some oil
Add clove cinnamon garlic ginger chillies onion tomato cashew nuts dry Red chillies
Saute till tomatoes soften
Cool and grind into a fine paste
Add curds while grinding
Add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder dhanya jeera amchur powder garam Masala sugar
Let it simmer well for 5_8 minutes
Switch off gas - In a bowl add red chilli powder turmeric powder, jeera powder amchur powder kasuri methi
Marinate the Paneer Capsicum and chopped onion in it
Let it stay for 15 minutess - Take some more in the same pan
Add the marinated capsicum and onion to it
