- 1 onion
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Mint leaves for garnish

- Sprinkle Black pepper powder
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup yogurt

- Wash and peel tindas. Cut in halves or cubes.
- Take oil in a pan and sprinkle turmeric powder and black pepper powder on it and fry till some brown colour on it. Keep aside
- Take oil in a pot add chopped onions and fry golden then add ginger, garlic, tomatoes and yogurt. Make a paste of it.
- Add chicken. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add water to make a gravy. Add fried tindas and keep on dum for 10 minutes on low flame. Don’t over cook or else tindaas will soil their colour and crunchness.
