  1. Le Dôme :Mettre dans bol mixeur 150g de chocolat noir en morceaux puis faire quelques pulsions turbo et ajouter 60g de crème fraîche puis réglez 5min/50°/vitesse 2.
  2. Repartir équitablement le chocolat dans les alvéoles du moule dôme en silicone puis avec un pinceau étaler le chocolat en remontant sur les bords.
  3. Placez les moules au congélateur.

  5. Mettre dans le bol 2 oeufs et 90g de sucre puis mélanger 2min/vitesse3
  6. Ajouter 90g de farine et une cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille puis mélanger 40sec/vit4.
  7. Verser la préparation dans une plaque à pâtisserie recouverte de papier sulfurisé puis étaler à l’aide d’une spatule.
  8. Préchauffer le four à 200°C puis enfourner 7 à 10 minutes.
  9. Retirer le gâteau puis démouler et laisser refroidir. Une fois froid, découper le biscuit en disques à l’aide d’un emporte-pièce (le même diamètre des moules)
  10. La crème au mascarpone
  11. Laver le bol à l’eau froide puis séchez-le. Insérer le fouet et verser 25cl de crème froide puis fouetter 1min30/vitesse4. Réserver dans un récipient.
  12. Toujours avec le fouet mettre dans le bol 100g de mascarpone, 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre et une cuillère à soupe d’extrait de vanille puis mélanger 1min/vitesse4.
  13. Incorporer la crème mascarpone à la crème fouetté délicatement en mélangeant à l’aide d’une spatule.
  14. Le croustillant praliné
  15. Rincer le bol
  16. Sans le fouet, mettre 120g de pralinoise dans le bol mixeur puis régler 4min/50°/ vitesse 2.
  17. Ajouter 20g de pralin et 50g de biscuits gavottes puis mélangez 15sec/vitesse 4.
  18. Le montage
  19. Retirer les moules du congélateur puis remplissez-les de mousse mascarpone à la moitié.
  20. Ensuite déposer une couche de croustillant et recouvrir encore de mousse de mascarpone.
  21. Poser le biscuit puis appuyez un peu pour l’assembler à la mousse.
  22. Mettez ensuite les moules au congélateur pendant 2 heures
  23. Démouler et réserver les dôme au chocolat et au croustillant au réfrigérateur pendant environ 2 heures puis servez.
