  3. 1/3 Cup Chana Dal

  5. 2 Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
  6. 3-4 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  7. 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  8. 1/4 TSP Turmeric Powder
  9. 1/2 TSP Red Chilli Powder

  1. To begin -Wash and soak the chana dal for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat ghee on medium flame, start by adding the onions, saute for a couple of minutes. Add chaana dal and roast it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until mushy. This will take about 2 minutes.
  4. Once it is done, add the remaining ingredients including turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, green chilli, spinach leaves. Saute it for about 4 to 5 minutes.

    Heat 1 Tbsp Clarified Butter in a tadka pan add finely chopped garlic cloves sauté until it turns golden brown. Pour this directly on Sai Bhaji and cover it for few minutes so flavors gets infused in it. Sprinkle some red Chilli powder and it's ready to serve.
